Daniel Grossberg should not represent Louisville in Frankfort.
For nearly two years, Kentuckians have read report after report about allegations of harassment, intimidation, inappropriate conduct toward women, and an ethics investigation that ended with Grossberg agreeing to pay fines and accept a public reprimand.
This is not what Democratic leadership looks like. It is not what women in politics should have to tolerate. And it is not what Louisville deserves.
On Tuesday, May 19, Democratic voters have the power to turn the page.
Vote Daniel Grossberg out.
Timeline: The Pattern Behind “Sketchy Dan”
A record of conduct, complaints, and consequences
Daniel Grossberg coined the name “Sketchy Dan” as a nom-de-plume for a column in his college newspaper where, according to the Lexington Herald-Leader, “he recommended that ‘lonely,’ ‘horny’ and ‘creepy’ young men aggressively pursue women on campus, even if the women weren’t interested.”
Last year, the Lexington Herald-Leader reported that “Sketchy” Dan, “offered a dancer at a Louisville strip club $5,000 to have sex with him about two weeks before he was banned for life for inappropriately touching another club dancer.”
